Customers are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted within this period will be reviewed and processed in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us or the payment provider (Paddle) with your order details. Once the request is received, it will be reviewed and processed as applicable.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles but will not affect access to the service for the remainder of the already paid billing period.

4. Payment Processing

All payments and refund processing are handled securely by our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
